Well done to first and fourth class who worked together to get the school garden up and running.

Renewable Energy
5th class has been studying renewable energy this week, The learned about all types of renewables including wind, solar and hydro and geothermal. As part of their study, they created this wonderful model. Great hands on learning!

Ballymote Park
We are very lucky to have Ballymote Park within walking distance of our school. We often use this park for maths trails, and yesterday 4th and 6th classes availed of the good weather to go on an Autumn Scavenger Hunt.

Ag balilú sútha craobh
These third class pupils were collecting raspberries this morning. There weren’t enough for the whole class, but hopefully next week, the remainder will be ripe for picking!

Green Travel
It’s great to see many of our pupils cycling or scooting to school today in the good weather.
