Our 6th class debating team took on their counterparts from Cloghogue N.S. today in the school. The teams debated the motion ‘homework is a waste of time’. It was obvious that both teams had prepared very well and they delivered their arguments with great confidence and effect. The adjudicators were Vincent Tighe and Anne Ruane. In the end, Cloghogue N.S. emerged as narrow winners. Comhghairdeas leo!
