We had a wonderful debate this afternoon over Zoom, between our 5th class and the pupils from Ardkkeeran N.S. Riverstown.

Our school proposed the motion – “Shopping local must become the new normal.”

The adjudicators Bernadette and Francis were highly impressed by the research, delivery and composure of all speakers.

In a very close contest, Ardkeeran were declared winners on this occasion. Maith sibh!
